Boots 1 of 2

Boots

Boots is a pretty girl who came from the same multi-cat household as Scrappy. After raising her kittens beautifully here, shes now ready for a home of her own one that understands she hasnt had the easiest start and will need time, patience, and a hands-off approach, at least to begin with, to feel safe. Shes a thoughtful, cautious cat who prefers to observe quietly from the sidelines. Our hope for her is that with time and patience, she will increase in confidence and reveal her true self. Boots would suit a calm experienced home where she can settle gradually, or a home with room to roam such as a smallholding-style environment that allows her to choose how close she wants to be. She has lived with other cats and could do so again. Boots can also be homed with Scrappy as they already know each other well.

Misty 1 of 3

Misty

Misty is a stunning cat with a Ragdoll appearance, but she's much more active than you might expect. She loves interactive play, enjoys plenty of enrichment, and is looking for a home that will keep her busy and engaged. A sociable but independent girl, Misty enjoys spending time with people but enjoys affection in small doses preferring more playtime. She'll happily accept a few gentle strokes and short grooming sessions before heading off to do her own thing. When Misty came into our care, she was found to have bilateral hip dysplasia and underwent surgery on her left hip. She has recovered very well and is now enjoying life again, although she'll benefit from continuing to build muscle through regular activity and play. Misty also has slightly crossed eyes, a breed-related condition that causes her no problems. Misty is looking for a home with older children, where she can be the only pet and receive all the attention she deserves. Once settled, she will need access to the outdoors in an area away from busy roads.

Tiddles 1 of 1

Tiddles

Tiddles is a gorgeous, petite young cat looking for a quiet and understanding home. She can be shy in new surroundings and is easily startled by sudden noises, so she's hoping to find a calm environment where she can build her confidence at her own pace. While Tiddles has been reserved during her stay with us, she is known to be much more confident in a home setting and has previously enjoyed curling up on laps for a cuddle. She has made great progress and is beginning to come forward to investigate people, although she currently prefers a hands-off approach while she gets to know you.One thing Tiddles does love is a good chat! She can be quite vocal and seems to enjoy it when you talk back to her.Tiddles is looking for a patient owner who will give her the time and space she needs to settle. She would be happiest in a quiet home with older children who can respect her sensitive nature. She may also be able to live with another calm, cat-experienced cat.

Texas 1 of 2

Texas

Could you offer a loving, patient home to Texas a cat looking for safety, space and understanding. From Texas' interactions with us, we suspect human touch hasnt always felt safe or positive and she is still learning to trust. Although she no longer appears worried by our presence, she currently asks that we stay hands off with her, choosing when and how she engages. Because of this, Texas will need a very special kind of home one that offers space, consistency, and calm, with adopters who understand that progress may be slow, and that her version of affection may look different from that of a typical pet cat. A traditional experienced home with one or two people, or a more rural setup with room to roam could both work, as long as she has the freedom to be herself without pressure. Texas will need to be the only pet in the household, and her new home should be in a quiet location away from busy roads, so that when she is ready, she can explore safely at her own pace. Texas isnt a cat who will slot effortlessly into every home but for the right person, the patience to let her set the pace, and the kindness to accept her just as she is, we feel sure she has the capacity to make a very rewarding companion.

Apple 1 of 1

Apple

Apple and Blackberry are two young cats hoping for a second chance at happiness. Having come from a multi-cat household, they sadly missed out on the early socialisation that kittens need to build confidence around people. Because of this, they prefer to admire humans from a distance and are not looking for a home where cuddles are expected. However, they are comfortable sharing space with people and can happily relax nearby once they feel safe. Despite their timid nature, Apple and Blackberry are still playful youngsters who love chasing toys and enjoying their kitten antics. Watching them play together is a lovely reminder that there are curious, fun-loving cats hiding behind their worries. They are looking for patient and understanding adopters who will accept them as they are and allow them to build confidence in their own time. They could thrive in a quiet traditional home with experienced owners, or in a more outdoor-style home where they can enjoy greater independence while still receiving care and companionship.

Jack

Jack is a sweet, gentle kitten who was understandably a little unsure in his new surroundings when he first arrived but with patience, and gentle reassurance, we have watched him start to blossom along side his friend and litter mate, Brandy. Both youngsters appreciate a calm, predictable environment and would thrive in a quiet home with lifestyles that reflect this, offering the time and support kittens need at this important stage of development.
